BUILDING AND AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

Our Controls Division installs and services HVAC control systems as part of design/build and plan/spec projects for new construction or renovation projects.  We are also proficient in updating control systems in existing facilities to the most current systems available with minimal disruption to building occupants.

We are factory trained to install and service Carrier and Trane control systems.  We are also a Honeywell Authorized Controls Integrator (ACI).  Using the Tridium Niagara AX platform and standard open protocols such as Lon, BACnet and Modbus, we can integrate other building systems such as lighting controls, electrical switchgear and generator packages.

Newcomb and Company provides on-going maintenance and support of the control systems we install as well as systems installed by others.  When problems do occur with our customer's control systems, we are able to minimize system downtime or comfort issues by using remote monitoring and diagnostic services.
